A guest slightly different to the rest, Trang Nguyen Thi Thu resides in Vietnam and currently works as a Marketing Executive for ADT Creative in Vietnam. While this is her current position, Trang has worked her way through many jobs since finishing her bachelor degree in General Business/Commerce at RMIT University in Vietnam.

She has held positions as a Youth Program Development Officer for Live & Learn Vietnam, a Public Relations and Brand Management Executive for Maritime Bank and as a Communications and Projects Consultant for WWF Vietnam Country Programme. These positions are just a small piece of a very long list of titles Trang has held over the years.

Throughout her large numbers of positions, Trang has had the opportunity to do things many of us studying media and communication dream of, such as managing press releases, organising events and press conferences, and managing various employees. Trang herself has also been involved in hiring a number of new employees at her various workplaces.

"My list of criteria for potential candidates is pretty short. I care about their major at school, whether they scored well or not, their interest or passion, maybe their dreams, and their abilities throughout their experience working in different places".

From this experience, Trang knows exactly what employers are looking for in applicants, their resumes, their cover letters and their final interviews.
